How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $49.
What is your return policy?
Unused gear with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is free for domestic orders.
How do I choose the right pack size?
Measure your torso from the C7 vertebra to the top of your hip bones. Under 18in fits a small, 18–20in a medium, over 20in a large. Every pack page lists its torso range.
Are the tents freestanding?
Our three-season models are freestanding and can be pitched on rock or platforms. The tarp shelter range requires trekking poles.
Do you ship internationally?
Phase 1 ships within the United States. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.
