This template policy covers returns and refunds. Replace it with your own policy before launch.
Return window
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised, perishable and hygiene items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send return instructions and the address to ship to.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only when the whole order is returned because of our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund it in full.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process applies.
