This template policy explains processing, delivery times and tracking. Replace it with your own policy before launch.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Remote destinations and customs checks can add time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery country and the selected method. Free standard shipping applies above the threshold shown on the storefront.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the order ships and is also shown on the order page.
Customs and duties
Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Undeliverable parcels
Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
